Your information, handled clearly.
How the website’s email-outline tool, company email and administrator workspace handle information.
Who operates this site
DEVSHUB SYSTEMS INC., incorporated in British Columbia, Canada, operates this website. Its registered office is 433-329 Howe St., Vancouver, BC V6C 3N2, Canada.
The website explains the company’s services and presents selected prior product experience with attribution. Service availability and delivery arrangements are confirmed before an engagement.
Your email outline stays with you
The optional outline tool keeps what you type in the current page memory. It does not transmit your entries to the website’s server or save the outline in the browser’s persistent storage. Clearing the tool or reloading the page clears its entries.
Choosing “Open email draft” passes the recipient, subject and outline to your chosen email app. You review and send the message there. Opening a draft does not send an email from this website.
Copy controls put the selected address or outline on your device’s clipboard when you choose them. Your email app, operating system or clipboard software may keep drafts or copied text according to its own settings.
A general description of your workflow is enough for a first enquiry. Leave out passwords, patient records and confidential customer files. This website does not provide a file-upload form.
Company email
When you send an email to a DevsHub company address, the company-managed mail service receives your address, message and any other information or attachments you choose to send. The company uses that information to read and respond to enquiries, discuss requested work and manage business correspondence.
Mail delivery and technical records support the operation, troubleshooting and security of the service. Sending an email also involves the email provider or application you choose to use.
If a project has specific requirements for where or how information is handled, discuss those requirements before sending project records.
Mailbox administration
The company mail workspace is for authorised administrators. It uses an essential secure session cookie to maintain signed-in access. Account changes also require a session security token. The website does not save administrator passwords or session tokens in local storage or session storage.
Sign-in credentials are sent to the company’s authentication service to verify access. Mailbox records, access settings and storage allowances are managed by the connected mail service. Administrative activity records identify the account, action and time to support security and operational accountability.
Creating a mailbox, changing its settings, suspending access or resetting a password changes a real account. A server-generated temporary password is shown to the administrator on request and is cleared from the website view when its dialog closes.
Website and external services
The website uses self-hosted fonts and does not use analytics, advertising trackers or session-replay tools. Essential technical information may be processed by the hosting infrastructure to deliver and secure the website.
When you choose an appearance setting, the website stores that preference on your device so that it can remember your choice. This preference does not contain your email outline.
Selected-work links may open a separate product website, app-store page or labelled demonstration. Those destinations have their own privacy practices. Opening an email draft also uses your chosen email application.
Records and enquiries
The website outline is temporary page content. Emails you send and records held in company mail or administration systems are not automatically cleared when you close the website.
Business correspondence and operational records remain in company-managed systems until deleted or removed through operational maintenance. No fixed deletion interval is currently published for these records. Contact the company to discuss information you have sent, a correction or a deletion request.
For privacy enquiries, email info@devshub.ca. Include enough context to identify the correspondence or request, without adding unnecessary sensitive information.
