Less repeated work. A clearer way forward.
Find the right workflow to improve, connect your existing tools and help your team use the result. Four defined services take you from the first decision to ongoing support.
AI Readiness Audit
Map a working day, understand the manual hand-offs and get a ranked plan for what is worth automating.
Automation Build
Two to four agreed automations, built around your existing software, with testing and staff hand-over training.
Team AI Workshop
A practical half-day session on your systems, exception handling and safe daily AI use for up to 12 people.
Managed Automation Retainer
A defined monthly allowance for monitoring, connection updates, agreed fixes and practical support after hand-over.
All prices are in Canadian dollars before GST. Canadian services are in preparation. Availability, dates and delivery arrangements are confirmed before an engagement.
Start with one
working day.
The AI Readiness Audit follows a typical job through your business: who handles it, what gets copied and where the work waits.
You receive a process map, a ranked set of opportunities and a fixed-price build proposal. Tasks best left as they are belong in the report too.

your tools.
Quotes, forms, messages and records often cross several systems. The audit identifies suitable connections and the checks each one needs.
Customer and job admin.
Enquiry capture, quote and invoice drafts, booking reminders and customer follow-up—with approval at the right step.
Documents and records.
Incoming forms, receipt reading and information passed between operational records, task lists and accounting tools.
A clearer owner view.
Bring agreed operational information into a useful dashboard, with a baseline to review what changes after a build.
Tools considered during discovery may include QuickBooks Online, Jobber, Shopify, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. Suitability depends on your setup, permissions and available connections.
A few useful answers.
Do I need all four services?
No. Each service has a defined scope. An audit helps establish the right starting point, while a workshop can also support a team preparing for safe daily AI use. A build includes hand-over training; the retainer is separate ongoing support.
Will I need to replace my existing software?
The approach starts with the tools you already use. The audit checks which connections are suitable and what access or licences would be required. Required licences are purchased directly by you.
Is the build price a fixed quote?
The published average and range help you plan. Your actual build receives a written scope and fixed-price proposal covering the agreed workflows, dependencies and acceptance checks.
What sits outside these packages?
Hardware and historical-record clean-up beyond an agreed sample sit outside standard scope. Network and general security issues are referred to your IT provider. Services do not include legal, accounting or tax advice.
One workflow is enough to begin.
